The Pastor’s Corner 

Currently, Centenary United Methodist Church is pastored by Rev. Bryan Wyke. Rev. Wyke is an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church and a member of the Holston Annual Conference. He is a 2005 graduate of the Wesley Theological Seminary of the United Methodist Church, located in Washington D.C. He is also a 1998 graduate of Emory & Henry College, located in Emory, Virginia and a 1994 graduate of Fishburne Military School, located in Waynesboro, Virginia.

Rev. Wyke has served in the Holston Conference since 2005. Previously, he served the 3-church Draper Circuit (Pulaski and Wythe Counties in Virginia) from 2005 to 2010, and the 2-church Looney’s Creek-Sulphur Springs circuit (Marion County, Tennessee) from 2010 to 2013. Prior to entering the ministry, he worked in research as a government contractor in Washington D.C.

Rev. Wyke and his wife, Amanda, have two children, Cecilia and Claire. The Wyke family has fallen in love with Morristown, and hope to remain here for many years to come.
